Lauren Berger

Lauren graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in psychology in the spring of 2016, and has been with LENS since her matriculation at Gallaudet University in the fall of 2016. Her primary research interests explore the neuroplasticity and resilience of the neural substrates supporting the human language network, and investigates different populations with variations in language modality and sensory experience. By disentangling the contributions of language experience and sensory experience, we can better understand the relationship between the two systems.
